Lettering and/or embroidery can be added to your cheerleading uniform for additional fees. Lettering cost will be calculated within the Uniform/Lettering Creator as you specify your team’s selections. Embroidery cost will also be calculated as you make your selections from the embroidery drop down menus. Cost depends on the specific embroidery style and size chosen. Production Time
This website is not currently running real time inventory. All cheer products are subject to availability. If your order includes a product that is out of stock you will be contacted by a customer service representitive.
When ordering Lettering and/or Embroidery for your product an additional 2-4 weeks will be added on to your production time. Within 2 business days (excludes Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays) of your online order a Customer Service Representative will email with your approximate ship date. Upon your verbal confirmation, confirmationn of payment or purchase order verification, production of your order will begin. Exact delivery dates can not be guaranteed. Custom Cheerleading Uniform Order Details
There are no minimum orders on custom cheerleading uniforms. To size cheer uniforms correctly, always use four measurements: bust, waist, hips, and skirt length. Use the diagrams below to ensure an accurate fit. Men’s cheerleading uniforms can be made to match any shell style. Sorry we cannot allow cancellations, returns, or exchanges of custom cheerleading uniforms.
Measuring Your Team
To take measurements, be sure to wear any undergarments that you will be wearing underneath the garment you are sizing. For consistency, the same person should measure the whole team. Use a cloth measuring tape for the best results. Compare measurements to the standard size charts. Choose the size closest to your measurements.
Options Available
Custom cheerleading uniform shells, skirts, jackets, pants, and bodyliners have many options to help your team create a look all your own. Additional Uniform Options (not available online)
Most custom cheerleading skirt and pant styles can be shortened or lengthened up to 6” maximum in 1” increments. Most cheerleading vest, jacket, and bodyliner styles can be shortened up to 2” and lengthened up to 4” in 1” increments. Some cheer skirt styles can also be made in sizes 25, 27, or 29. All custom cheerleading shells can be made in sizes 46, 48, or 50. Some cheer skirts can be made without a waistband. Add $6.00 per piece for vest or skirt alterations. Add $10.00 per piece for jacket, pant, and bodyliner alterations. Alterations are not covered by the shipment guarantee. Please allow an additional 2 – 4 weeks for production of your custom cheerleading uniforms when requesting alterations.
CheerZone® Guarantee
All orders over 5 pieces of custom cheerleading uniform shells and skirts (with or without tackle twill), made in standard sizes, are guaranteed to ship in 6 weeks from the time your order begins production. Production time begins upon receipt of your order, confirmation form, and payment or purchase order verification. Any changes you make to confirmations sent to you by CheerZone®, must be phoned in to CheerZone® within 48 hours of your receipt of the confirmation. If the order does not ship in 6 weeks, CheerZone® will give you 15% off your custom cheerleading uniform order.
Exclusions
Embroidered cheerleading uniforms, orders of 5 or less pieces, low-rise alterations, extra sizing, length alterations, bodyliners, FormFlex styles, team cheerleading uniform jackets and pants, and men’s custom cheerleading uniforms are not part of the 6 Week CheerZone® guarantee. Please allow approximately 2 – 4 weeks additional production time.
