Cheer Coach Gets Fired Over Nude Photos

So I’m watching the news this morning and former cheerleading coach Carlie Beck has made national headlines! If you haven’t heard the story yet let me sum it up for you:

Carlie Beck was the cheerleading coach at Casa Roble High School in Orangevale, California. Carlie upsets a student when she tells her that she cannot try out for the cheerleading squad because she has unexcused absences (this is a general policy for athletes at the school). The upset student that was not allowed to try out for the cheer squad had heard rumors about Carlie Beck having nude photos online. The student goes home tells her parents and the nude photos are then found and brought to the administration, whom then fires Carlie Beck, which then results in a protest from several freshman cheerleaders that want her back coaching them.

What a whirlwind!!!!

So what do you think? Should Carlie Beck have been fired? Should the school have hired her even though she had previously modeled nude? Can someone who’s modeled nude still be a great role model to your children?
