MINIMUMS There is no minimum order on custom uniforms, however, orders of 5 piece or less of the same style number (custom uniforms or in-stock uniforms with lettering), incur a $40.00 production order fee. Tackle Twill orders for 5 garments or less incur a $15.00 under minimum service charge.
SIZING Custom Uniforms use standard sizing, they are not custom made to your measurements. Allow a 1" variation in dimensions. Use the Fit Right program (see below) to achieve the best fit for your custom uniforms.
*The stretch back option is available in most styles for an additional cost of $50.00 per piece.
*Custom low-rise skirts are 1" shorter than regular-rise and are not recommended for youth.
*The midriff may be exposed while wearing low-rise skirts.
*When ordering low-rise skirts, be sure you have measured around the "natural" waistline (around the belly button, the narrowest part of the torso) DO NOT measure under the natural waist or your skirts will fit too large.
*MotionFit skirts are approximately 3/4"-1" shorter than the size chart length listed.
*Most Bodyliners are a midriff style.
The following incur an additional $40.00 per size/style # (for the first size of each style #) and $20.00 for each additional size of the "same" style # (allow an additional 2–4-week production)
*Custom vests above size 44 (46,48,50).
*Custom skirts above size 23 (25,27,29).
*Any non-published in-stock vest or skirt size.
*Any non-published custom vest back style.
*Changing a regular waist skirt into a low-rise waist.
The Following incur an additional $10.00 per piece (allow an additional 2–4-week production)
*Length alterations up to 6" on any custom uniform vest, skirt, jacket or pants.
FIT RIGHT SAMPLES Fit Right samples are available to ship immediately at no cost to you, provided they are returned in 30 days in good condition. The "Fit Right" program is only available to customers in the continental USA. Call a Customer Service Representative for more information.
BODYLINERS To allow for stretching, bodyliners that are made to match 100% polyester uniforms are not the same fabric as the vest, and color shade differences may occur. Contact us for color swatches.
MEN’S Men’s uniforms can be made to match most styles.
COLORS Printed catalogs do not always accurately reflect material colors. We do not guarantee the exact color matches from order to order, between each garment, between different materials (Polyester, Braid, Tackle Twill, Embroidery, etc.) or against color bleeding. More information is available on page 126.
WASHING, Please see garment tags for washing instructions. For the best results when washing uniforms, add a color catching sheet. When washing garments that have had rhinestones added, they must be turned inside out, gently handwashed, and laid flat to dry.
OTHER Always notify a customer service rep if you are matching a previous order. Uniform orders must be checked carefully upon receipt. Any discrepancies with color order, braid or lettering must be reported within 10 days of receipt of order.
PRODUCTION TIME Normal production time for custom vests and skirts is approximately 2-3 weeks from the receipt of your order, signed confirmation sheets and payment or purchase order verification. Allow approximately 6 weeks production time for embroidered uniforms, alterations of any kind, extra sizing, MotionFit, warm-up jackets, pants and men's uniforms. Custom uniform order rush requests will incur a charge of $54.00 per order plus $3.00 per piece. This will ensure a 90% chance of a 19-day delivery on any rush custom order. If the 19-day delivery is not met, the rush fee will be refunded.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES We do not allow returns or exchanges of custom uniforms because they are made specifically for you. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
