Our Return Policy

 

Sorry, we cannot allow cancellations, returns, or exchanges of any customized garments. In addition, the following items can not be returned or exchanged for health code purposes once opened: socks, bows, and bodywear. If your garment is not customized you may return it at your own cost. Non-customized items may be returned within 30 days of shipment. All products must be returned in the original packaging in a new and unused condition to receive credit. CheerZone will ship the exchange merchandise back to you without additional shipping charges (limit one exchange per order).

 

How do I return an item?

 

CheerZone® wants you to be happy with your purchases! Should you have a return or exchange, please include a copy of your Delivery Note with details on how you wish to proceed with the order. (Example: If you are exchanging items you will want to write down the sizes you are returning and the sizes you need for an exchange.) All returns must be accompanied by the Delivery Note to ensure that your return is processed properly and credited to your account. Always use a trackable shipping method when returning merchandise since the shipment remains your responsibility until it is received by CheerZone. Custom and/or customized items are not returnable. All exchanges must be shipped back at your own cost. I have been refunded the incorrect amount. We are very sorry if we have made a mistake with your refund. Please get in touch with a Customer Service Representative who will try and sort it out for you as soon as possible. The following may affect the amount you have been refunded: Any discounts that were applied at the time of sale will not be refunded to you.

 

Have you received my returned goods?

 

You can verify your shipment has been received by CheerZone by tracking the returned shipment using the tracking number. Once your return is received by our warehouse, you can expect a refund back to the original payment method within 2 business days. Shipping Information
The shipping days below are based on outbound shipping from CheerZone in Mayville, MI 48744. At this time, all online orders will be USPS or UPS ground shipping at our discretion only. These are estimates only and do not include order processing times.  Currently in-stock orders will ship from our warehouse in 2 - 7 business days.  For questions on expedited shipping on your order please call 1.800.856.8869 and a Customer Service Representative will be happy to help you with your order.

*Shipping charges are based on USPS or UPS ground shipments. CheerZone® reserves the right to change shipping charges due to UPS-imposed fuel charges. Orders ship either UPS or USPS at our discretion.  Pom Pon orders over 20 pieces, megaphones or large items may incur additional shipping charges as they do not qualify for free shipping promos.

Notes:
For ground shipments other than the 48 contiguous states, Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico, please call for a shipping quote.  For expedited or international shipping, please call for a quote.

International customers must call or email for a shipping quote to complete their order.  Please note that import duties, taxes and customs charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges.  These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are normally collected by the delivering shipping company or when you pick up the item.

Cancellations

All customized products, uniforms, poms, bows and socks are made specifically for you. Once the order is placed into production it cannot be cancelled. Before placing your order please double check it for accuracy.

Shortages or Mis-Shipments
If CheerZone® shipped incorrectly, we will reship the items and pick up the incorrect items, both at our expense.  All shortages or mis-shipments must be reported within 10 days of receipt of your order.

Returns & Exchanges
*Non-customized items may be returned within 30 days of shipment.
*All products must be returned in original packaging within 30 days, in new and un-used condition to receive credit.
*The following items can not be returned or exchanged: Custom uniforms, poms, socks, bows, bodywear and any personalized items.
*Shipping charges will apply on exchange orders.
